Machine General is a small operation by design, built to run natively on the same AI systems and services we help our customers adopt.
It was founded to open up businesses running on institutional memory, with processes locked in people's heads, and AI working in a black box.

Why should my business use AI?
If your week is being lost to repeat documentation, follow-ups, status updates and reporting, most of this work can move to AI agents, with humans handling critical decisions and getting time back for more important work.
What happens during an audit?
We look at how your work gets done: the people doing it, the systems it runs on and where things can be improved by AI. You receive a written report with scored findings and a priority list of how AI can help.
What does an audit not include?
It is not a detailed map of every workflow, and it does not include implementation. If you need something built, or ongoing support, we can quote a Workflow Sprint or an Advisory + Support engagement for you separately.
Do we have to change tools?
Not usually. We build on your existing systems and subscriptions, including Claude, ChatGPT and Grok. We don't resell software, and we aim to avoid vendor lock-in.
What happens after a sprint?
All of our Workflow Sprints close with clear documentation and a team walkthrough, so your business can run the system. We also provide ongoing Advisory + Support services for enhancements and troubleshooting for your AI systems and workflows.
What does it cost?
Our Operations Audit is a $900 fixed cost. Each Workflow Sprint is quoted per project, scoped before work begins. Advisory + Support is a monthly engagement with a rate tailored to your needs. We provide an initial 30-minute conversation, no charge.
Who do you work with?
Small to medium Australian businesses who are just starting, in early stage AI adoption, or looking to expand their existing agentic workflows. If you need IT infrastructure, software development or someone to resell enterprise licences, we're not the right fit.
Who is Machine General?
Yassin Ghomari (ABN 75 382 507 542), trading as Machine General. He delivers every engagement, with help from his AI agents. You interface with one person, and they are accountable for their outputs. Based in Sydney, he works with businesses Australia-wide, in person or remote.
